This site is run by Aquiles (aqprotocol.com). I keep things minimal and respectful.
What data I collect
Contact form: name, email, and what you write. Used only to reply and evaluate if it makes sense to work together.
Technical basics: standard server logs (IP, user agent) handled by the hosting provider (Netlify) for security and performance.
Meta Pixel (only if you accept cookies): Meta’s pixel may be loaded to measure aggregated behaviour on the site and, occasionally, the performance of campaigns that send traffic here.
How I use your data
To read your message and respond like a competent human.
To keep basic security and prevent abuse.
To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site and which campaigns bring serious enquiries (if you consent to cookies/Meta Pixel).
No newsletters, no list rental, no sale of your data. Ever.
Legal basis (GDPR-ish, without the fluff)
Legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps: when you contact me asking for help.
Consent: for optional cookies and Meta Pixel. Nothing optional loads before you click “Accept” on the cookie banner.
How long I keep it
Contact emails and messages: as long as the conversation is relevant, or up to 12 months, then I clean up.
If we work together, retention may follow legal/accounting requirements.
Site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed by Netlify’s form handling. They act as processors under their own terms.
Email is handled via Proton Mail.
Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) receives data only if you accept cookies and Meta Pixel loads. I use it for basic measurement and, potentially, to optimise or evaluate campaigns.
Cookies
By default, only essential cookies are used (things strictly necessary for the site to function).
When you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, Meta Pixel is loaded and may set cookies used for aggregated analytics and campaign measurement.
If you click “Reject”, Meta Pixel is not loaded and only essential cookies remain.
You can clear cookies or local storage in your browser if you want to reset this choice.
If you’re reading this, you already care more about privacy than most agencies. Good.
This site uses essential cookies and, if you accept, Meta Pixel for simple, aggregated analytics and occasional campaign measurement.
Read the Privacy & Data policy.
